Walk-ins are welcome. No daily passes/prices per class and personal training offered by appointment only.
Body conditioning or resistance training that's fast paced focused on building strength and muscular endurance through a sequence of exercises or circuits.
This class works all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises using Weights, Steps, Body Bars, Kettlebells and Bands.
By appointment, one-on-one individual programs designed for the individual client to meet their goal. Strength, balance, flexibility endurance or weight loss.
An interval workout that moves between high and low intensity. The dance moves get your heart pumping and boosts cardio endurance.
An energetic hour of stretches, light weight work and balance.
